New Jersey Homosexual Marriage Ruling And Judicial Tyranny

What happened to the people having a say? A vote? In a disgusting display of tyrannical power tripping, a New Jersey homosexual marriage ruling on Friday proved that judges have no respect for law and precedent. Nor do they respect the will of the people. Those that sit on the bench and wear a robe are waging war on America, with the full support of a tyrannical Administration.

New-Jersey-Assembly-Votes-41-33-to-Legalize-homosexual-MarriageThis was the fear after the the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) and Prop 8 rulings, that judges would start legislating authority with no regard for the people; they would start demanding that homosexual marriage be made legal regardless of the will of the people. When the Supreme Court had the audacity to fail to define marriage, and in fact overturned the very definition of the institution, they were openly defying God and the common laws of man, setting off a societal nuclear warhead.

They officially declared nuclear war on precedent. And the New Jersey homosexual marriage ruling on Friday is one of the most blatant instances of judicial arrogance and a sign of what is yet to come. This could happen anywhere, in any state. A judge decides that homosexuals should be married, and the state must comply.

Clearly, the most disturbing aspect of this case is that the New Jersey homosexual marriage ruling was the first to cite the overturning of DOMA as logistical reasoning for the ruling. New Jersey has civil unions for homosexual couples, and has since 2006, but to issue this ruling without a voter referendum is unthinkable, even in a state as blue as New Jersey.

What monster was unleashed when DOMA was overturned in June? The same monster that was unleashed when he was elected into office in 2008 and reelected in 2012. And with it, all boundaries and precedent are disregarded. This is a dictatorship. And it's not just Obama's dictatorship, but one where the judiciary legislate evil from the bench. And force it on the people.

President Obama confirmed Todd Hughes, the first openly homosexual judge to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on September 24th. Hughes has specialized in the kinds of issues that come before the court, which focuses on a handful of designated topics including international trade, government contracts, patents, trademarks, and police and veterans’ benefits.

What is the far reaching impact of putting open homosexual judges on the bench? The direct impact will be more rulings in favor of homosexual rights, advancements, and rulings against the will of the people. Activists courts have complete disregard for the will of the people, just as the case in point in New Jersey.

Judge Mary Jacobson in Mercer County Superior Court in Trenton issued the order ""Same-sex couples must be allowed to marry in order to obtain equal protection of the law under the New Jersey constitution," she wrote.

No voter referendum, not even an input by "Republican" Governor Chris Christie. Instead it was blatant, in-your-face legislation by a judge who decided she had the power to issue the order. And sadly, she based it on recent precedent.NJ-Gov-Christie-vetoes-gay-marriage-bill-8K10U7I0-x-large

Governor Christie is planning to appeal the ruling to a higher court.

Gov. Christie has always maintained that he would abide by the will of the voters on the issue of marriage equality and called for it to be on the ballot this Election Day,” said spokesman Michael Drewniak. “Since the Legislature refused to allow the people to decide expeditiously, we will let the Supreme Court make this constitutional determination.”

Good luck with that. Governor Christie is clearly afraid for his job, and knowing he is in the running for the 2016 Presidential election makes his position precarious. He has already signed a bill banning homosexual conversion therapy. It's clear where he stands, but right now he is merely attempting damage control with his conservative base.

Take a look at New Jersey and see what the rest of the country has to look forward to: Power tripping, black robed legislators in chief, ignoring voters, and ruling on an issue that is so close to the heart of the American people based on the DOMA precedent; Defying them, and spitting in their faces.

Opponents of same-sex marriage reacted angrily to the New Jersey ruling, saying such an emotionally fraught issue should be left up to a voter referendum. "It's another example of judicial activism on steroids. It's absurd," said Brian Brown, head of the National Organization for Marriage, a group that believes marriage should be defined as a union between one man and one woman.

This is the Obama Administration's evil coming to fruition via an out of control judiciary. When the Supreme Court decided to play God this summer and overturned DOMA, the demons were loosed, and now, the war is upon us on all fronts, both home and abroad.
